The Cubbison Company has reinforced its commitment to continuous improvement by hiring Shawn Larson, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, as continuous improvement manager.
Continuous improvement is part of Cubbison Company’s DNA. In the past five years, we have added AS9100:D and ISO13485:2016 certifications as evidence of our commitment to exceeding industry standards. And we’re not done yet!

Shawn Larson has the expertise to support our continuous improvement objectives. Shawn has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience, having held supervisory roles in production and operations with Avery Dennison and Nestlé. He is a graduate of Kent State University and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. In his new role, Shawn will support Cubbison Company’s commitment to workflow efficiencies, waste elimination, and process improvements.
