As part of our continued organizational alignment and growth initiatives, we are pleased to share leadership updates within our Customer Care and Sales teams.
Customer Care Team Lead → Customer Care Manager (Effective March 1, 2026)
During her time as a Customer Care Representative, Madeline consistently demonstrated strong accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to responsive service. She built trusted relationships across Sales, Production, and Operations, ensuring orders and inquiries were handled accurately and efficiently.
As Team Lead, she now provides daily leadership to the Customer Care team, coordinates incoming customer requests, supports onboarding and coaching, and serves as a primary escalation point to ensure timely resolution.
Effective March 1, 2026, Madeline will transition into the role of Customer Care Manager. In this capacity, she will assume broader leadership responsibility for team performance, service consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Madeline will continue reporting to Terri Griffin through February 28, 2026, with reporting structure updates to follow in March.
