As part of our continued organizational alignment and growth initiatives, we are pleased to share leadership updates within our Customer Care and Sales teams.
Madeline Cooke-Murphy
Customer Care Team Lead → Customer Care Manager (Effective March 1, 2026)
Madeline has stepped into a Customer Care Team Lead role over the past several months, successfully guiding day-to-day team operations while maintaining the high service standards our customers expect.
During her time as a Customer Care Representative, Madeline consistently demonstrated strong accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to responsive service. She built trusted relationships across Sales, Production, and Operations, ensuring orders and inquiries were handled accurately and efficiently.
As Team Lead, she now provides daily leadership to the Customer Care team, coordinates incoming customer requests, supports onboarding and coaching, and serves as a primary escalation point to ensure timely resolution.
Effective March 1, 2026, Madeline will transition into the role of Customer Care Manager. In this capacity, she will assume broader leadership responsibility for team performance, service consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Madeline will continue reporting to Terri Griffin through February 28, 2026, with reporting structure updates to follow in March.
We are confident in Madeline’s leadership and look forward to her continued impact on our customer experience and operational excellence.

Terri Griffin
Customer Care Manager → Business Development & Sales Manager
We are also pleased to announce that Terri Griffin has transitioned into the role of Business Development & Sales Manager.
Terri’s leadership as Customer Care Manager strengthened cross-functional collaboration and improved coordination between Customer Care, Sales, and Operations. She played a key role in elevating service standards while building stronger internal alignment.
In her new hybrid role, Terri will focus on advancing sales performance and strategic growth initiatives. Her responsibilities include:
- Sales operations and process optimization
- Business analytics and reporting
- Business development initiatives
- Inside sales support
By combining operational insight with data-driven decision-making, Terri will help strengthen our go-to-market execution and support revenue growth.
Terri will continue reporting to JC Kocjancic, COO.
