Metalphoto®

Metalphoto® is photosensitive anodized aluminium, also referred to as photo anodized aluminium. Metalphoto® provides a silver halide image that is permanently sealed within the anodic layer, making it resistant to chemicals, heat, abrasion, salt spray and UV. Therefore, Metalphoto® offers extreme durability. Metalphoto® meets an array of commercial, government and military specifications including MIL-STD-130N for Department of Defense UID data matrix bar code applications.

Metalphoto® finishing options include matte, satin, #4 (resembles stainless steel), and gloss.

Thicknesses include .003”, .005”, .008”, .012”, .020”, 032”, .063”, .090”, and .125”.

Applications include nameplates, panel fronts, variable data nameplates, 2D barcode labels, and many more.
