Cubbison's Touch Screen Technology
Touch screens are widely used on a daily basis; on your
cell phone, while your checking out at the grocery store, renting a
movie at the kiosk, or even at the gas station.Touch screens are a
convenient technology we encounter every day.
The first touch screen was a capacitive touch screen developed
by E.A. Johnson at the Royal Radar Establishment in Malvern, UK
around 1965. From their beginning, touch screens have come a long
way and are now used by many OEM's for their interface

Two of the most common touch screens are the resistive
and the capacitive technologies. See the chart
